First YETI Transnational Evaluation Team Meeting

On our first day in Tramshed Tech, a co –working space in Cardiff City Centre, we were introduced to our colleagues of evaluators and the partners of The Yeti Project. We were informed and updated about the YETI project and what it stands for. We have had a very informative masterclass in project evaluation from Jennifer Hughes which really opened our eyes and thought processes towards project evaluation.

Using this fantastic information we worked together as a team to create and unified methodology to evaluate The Yeti project. We feel that there four initial challenges that were prominent including a short space of time, lack of previous data, a lack of experience and skill in evaluation and how we were going to find robust evidence during our time working on The Yeti project. We considered different ways we could deal with these issues.

After speaking with the partners of the project we have made a timeline of future tasks and communication that we will need to hold. This is in line with events and meetings of the Yeti project. We are next meeting online to discuss the progress of Yeti and to finalise our evaluation methodology.
